Sitting at the northeast entrance of the university on Donaghey and College Ave, The 425 House is an all-female, upperclassmen housing option. The 425 House is a facility owned and operated by the university to provide safe, modern, and comfortable living and learning environments for upperclassmen. Previously a sorority house, the 425 House is now available to the general student body.
With over 10,000+ sq. ft. along Donaghey Avenue and Augusta Avenue, the 425 House has 18 bedrooms, with space enough to accommodate 32 females. The house also has a full kitchen, along with living, dining, and study spaces.
Included in the 425 House
– Central heat and air
– Internet in the bedrooms
– Furnished living area
– Double rooms have two twin beds in each room
– One dresser and One desk/chair per person in each room
– A shared kitchen with dishwasher, stove, oven, and refrigerator
– Washer and dryer units in-house
– Microwaves (up to 1000 watts) and mini-fridges (up to 1.5 amps and
3.8 cubic feet) are allowed in rooms
What About Security?
³Ô¹Ï±¬ÁÏ is committed to your safety and the 425 House will provide 24-hour access to the ³Ô¹Ï±¬ÁÏ Police Department. You should always lock your room and keep your key, not loaning it to anyone else or hiding it somewhere around the building. Report potential security problems to the Residence Life Staff or the ³Ô¹Ï±¬ÁÏ Police.
